BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Muhammad Usman Awan was the first Pakistani in 2008 who successfully completed his Ph.D. in the subject of Total Quality Management. He is actively involved in research. He was awarded HEC Best Research Paper award in 2011 and HEC Best Young Research Scholar Award in 2013. His areas of research are Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Supply Chain Management and Governance in Higher Education. He is member of editorial board of various international journals.
